Minnesota's incredibly weak response to these riots has empowered all the troublemakers to keep pushing the envelope. Not only in Minn but also in all these other cities. Had Minn responded with strength this wouldn't be nearly as bad spreading thru the whole country.

They have had 3 frigging chances now and made bad decisions all three nights to squash this. Now today Saturday the governor is on TV again meakly warning the national guard will be in full force tonight to maintain security. WTF is that, it's like the worse thing he could have done. Warn them exactly what they are doing, but tip toe around using violence. Now the rioters are going to get more of what they want, more confrontation, no fear of retaliation.

What would be better:

1) no warning, just show up with a lot more security forces to overwelm the rioters by numbers

2) how about a serious warning, if you are going to say you are bringing in more forces, warn them you will no be taking criminal activity lightly anymore. If fired upon, we will fire back, if you break the law in any way you will be arrested. if you throw something at an officer the will defend themselves by any means necessary including opening fire.

If you think you are going to deter these crowds by threatening them with more officers with riot shields and pepper spray then they are just clueless. Foll me once, fool me twice, fool me three times etc etc.

Set up one of those termporary prison camps like in The Seige and warn them all if you are out past 8pm, violent of not were detaining you. Bring in the army if needed.

At least other cities seem to be doing a better job. Minnesota is a disgrace, yeah, just let them burn the police precinct down and they might go away! Or it will invite twice as many people to participate the next day.

Agreed. Governor now claims 80% of rioters are from outside the state. Way to deflect as now, looting and burning buildings seem more acceptable. Mayor's approach is to beg people to act right. I think the St Paul mayor actually has the right attitude, but he is outnumbered by the "it's better to feel good than to be good" crowd.

The pussification of America.

Now, it's apparently OK for our elected leaders to cringe and kowtow to a self-entitled,
pampered and overprivileged minority group bent on theft, violence and destruction...
even if millions in property damage and financial losses result!

The Governor of MN needs to resign. He should take whomever is responsible for the
Minneapolis Police's failure to protect its precinct headquarters along with him!

It's time to open fire and kneecap a few n*ggas. :youmad:

This is what you get with weak liberal Democrat leadership. Plain and simple, they can't get anything right

The mayor, chief of police, Klobuchar are responsible for this incident 100%. Klobuchar for not wanting to prosecute this cop multiple times, mayor and chief of police for allowing him to stay on the force.

This is what you get from weak leadership...

The morning after the San Francisco earthquake of 1906, Mayor Eugene Schmitz put up notices all over town warning that: “The Federal Troops, the members of the Regular Police Force and all Special Police Officers have been authorized by me to KILL any and all persons found engaged in Looting or in the Commission of Any Other Crime.”

This is fantastic. Most of these cities you can't get a haircut or drink a beer in a tavern. You do you get arrested. Burn down building and steal all the stores contents you don't get arrested. you just got to love it.
